These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for use of the applications and services (the "Services") provided by Alpha Link Plus LLC (the "Company"). By using the Services, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to all relationships between the Company and users in connection with the use of the Services.
Article 2 (Use of the Services)
Users shall comply with these Terms and applicable laws and use the Services at their own responsibility.
Article 3 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users shall not engage in the following conduct when using the Services.
- Conduct that violates laws or public order and morals
- Conduct related to criminal activity
- Conduct that infringes the intellectual property rights or other rights or interests of the Company or third parties
- Conduct that may interfere with the operation of the Services
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise analyzing the Services
- Any other conduct that the Company deems inappropriate
Article 4 (Suspension of the Services)
The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Services without prior notice to users in the event of system maintenance, natural disaster, or other unavoidable circumstances.
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
The Company makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Services are free from defects in fact or in law. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company, the Company shall bear no liability for any damage arising from the Services.
Users shall back up data stored in the Services at their own responsibility.
Article 6 (Changes to and Termination of the Services)
The Company may change the content of the Services or terminate the provision of the Services upon prior notice to users.
Article 7 (Business Succession)
In the event that the Company transfers the business relating to the Services to a third party by merger, corporate split, business transfer, or otherwise, the Company may transfer its contractual status under these Terms, its rights and obligations under these Terms, and user information (including data stored by users in the Services) to such successor, and users hereby consent to such transfer in advance.
Article 8 (Changes to These Terms)
The Company may change these Terms when it deems necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect when posted on this page.
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office.
